Eclipsing Infrared Binary Star observed while documenting HC-1

I noticed this large deep red (H-alpha) star   that turned out to be V349 GEM (C, Mira).  When comparing my H-alpha images with my OxyIII images I noticed the star disappeared from view.  This is due to its very low energy and absence of Oxygen.  Move your mouse back and forth over the image and watch the star blink in and out.
